Abstract

Сегодня все чаще приходится слышать о втором «буме» инвестирования в «русский Интернет», ли «Рунет». При этом не совсем понятно, что следует считать первым. История инвестиций идет параллельно истории самого «Рунета», и делить на периоды эту сферу довольно затруднительно. В 2000 году инвестиционная компания ru-Net Holdings вложила 5 млн. 280 тыс. долл. в компанию «Яндекс», получив 35,72% ее акций за счет дополнительного выпуска этих ценных бумаг. Эта же компания (ru-Net Holdings) инвестировала 1,8 млн. долларов в самый крупный и по сей день онлайн-магазин России Ozon.ru
