Abstract

Управление инновациями требует развития эффективных инструментов и процедур принятия стратегических и инвестиционных решений. Крупные инновационные компании ежедневно сталкиваются с необходимостью планирования и отслеживания множества различных проектов. Этот процесс становится неуправляемым, если отсутствуют средства интеграции технологического и стратегического планирования. Одним из наиболее эффективных инструментов инновационного менеджмента, который успешно применяется в настоящее время в ряде высокотехнологичных компаний, является маршрутизация.
