Abstract

Современный этап экономического развития характеризуется стремительным проникновением высоких технологий во все области жизнедеятельности человека. Информационные технологии, телекоммуникации, космонавтика, технологии новых материалов и живых систем, энергосберегающие технологии и другие прорывные направления современной науки и техники кардинальным образом меняют стиль жизни людей, создают новые возможности для творческого решения социальных и экономических проблем
