Abstract

На сегодняшний день одним из важнейших условий успешного функционирования компании является умение создавать уникальные, сложно копируемые ресурсы. Минула пора промышленной конкуренции, когда было достаточно быстро внедрить новые технологии в производстве и успешно управлять финансовой составляющей деятельности компании. Копирование материальных ресурсов стало рассматриваться как один из стандартных приемов ведения конкуренции. В свете подобных тенденций акценты смещаются в сторону нематериальных активов, и особого внимания заслуживает такое понятие как «компетенции». Изучению этого ресурса посвящены работы различных авторов, начиная с Э. Пенроуз, которая впервые рассмотрела компанию с позиции имеющихся у нее ресурсов, теории ресурсной базы Б. Вернерфельта, Р. Грант и др.
