Abstract

Число публикаций об управлении знаниями и об «экономике знаний» непрерывно растет. Однако по данной проблеме пока отсутствует единое теоретическое обобщение по соответствующим социально-экономическим и организационно-управленческим аспектам, хотя уже и имеются для менеджеров некоторые методические рекомендации. В них знания рассматриваются как ресурс и как актив, как капитал и как потенциал. Причем, за рубежом и в нашей стране при исследовании указанной проблемы используются подходы, так называемой, информационной парадигмы, но уже признается: «Экономика, основанная на знаниях, это экономика, в которой создание, распространение и использование знаний есть основной фактор экономического роста»
