Методологические Подходы К Управлению Интеллектуально-Креативным Потенциалом Личности Как Основным Экономическим Активом Организации

Abstract

Интеллектуальный капитал личности (с позиций прошлого) всегда есть результат экономических затрат семьи, региона и страны в целом и для экономики, как совокупности хозяйственных процессов, до тех пор пока человек не начнет этот капитал творчески использовать, ничего не значит. При этом следует помнить о том, что на правах собственности этот капитал всегда принадлежит только человеку. Чтобы очертить границу между интеллектуальным капиталом личности и созидательными (творческими), практически значимыми действиями, необходимо рассмотреть диалектическое единство человека (как биосоциального и экономического объекта) с окружающей его природной средой. Или другими словами с системой его обитания.
