Abstract

Затраты на интеллектуальные ресурсы носят характер долгосрочных инвестиций с достаточно неопределенными сроками отдачи. При этом стоимостная оценка интеллектуальных ресурсов на макроуровне чрезвычайно затруднена. Формирование интеллектуального капитала и интеллектуальных ресурсов происходит благодаря росту знаний, поэтому одной из целей сегодня является разработка и изучение процесса преобразования знаний, составляющих интеллектуальный капитал личности, в интеллектуальный ресурс организации. Он создается благодаря прилагаемому умению и опыту ее сотрудников, что определяет полезность имеющихся в организации знаний и навыков ее сотрудников.
