Abstract

Одной из форм организации эффективных внутрикорпоративных сетей является система подачи и реализации предложений по улучшению работы компании. Типичной проблемой функционирования внутрикорпоративных сетей является недостаточная информированность персонала. В результате отсутствует взаимопонимание в коллективе, возникают конфликты и сопротивление политике руководства. Дело даже не в недостатке информации вообще, а в ее несоответствии значимым для человека факторам. В число таких факторов входят: цели фирмы, востребованность инициативы с мест, возможности профессионального роста в организации. В компаниях, которым удалось сформировать продуктивную сеть, взаимный обмен информацией наиболее эффективен, все сотрудники хорошо информированы по поводу корпоративных целей.
