Abstract

Для новой, электронной экономики характерен рисковый образ экономического мышления и деятельности. Он ориентирован на оценки возможностей в будущем, а не на очевидности в настоящем. Инвестиции в электронный бизнес осуществляются в условиях большой неопределенности, когда твердые доходы не могут быть гарантированы в ближайшем будущем. Традиционные методики занижают стоимость отраслей, для которых характерна высокая неопределенность. Поэтому для оценки эффективности бизнес-проектов и бизнес-кампаний используется теория реальных опционов, которая исходит из того, что предсказуемость в инвестиционном процессе больше не является необходимой
