Abstract

Существует достаточно много примеров, когда офисные сотрудники всячески сопротивляются автоматизации их работы, так как для них это связано не только с опасениями остановки карьерного роста в компании, но и потерей работы. Заинтересованностью здесь может стать одновременное повышение качества результатов работы, обусловленное уменьшением влияния человеческого фактора, и, самое главное, освобождение временных ресурсов для его творческой работы, как правило, более высокооплачиваемой. Сознательное препятствование автоматизации вверенных сотруднику рабочих процессов может говорить о его неуверенности в своем креативном потенциале, что служит сигналом для проверки целесообразности продолжения дальнейших с ним отношений.
