Abstract

Вследствие многогранности, неоднозначности и "несводимости" явления "инновация" к простейшим явлениям человеческой и общественной жизни в психологии, в настоящее время практически отсутствует понятие "инновационности личности". Вместе с тем, отдельные аспекты инновационного процесса, такие, например, как креативность, изучаются достаточно давно, и в отношении их имеется солидный научный задел. Однако в некоторых работах предпринимаются попытки обособления инновационности как некоего специфического психического феномена. Инновационный интеллект рассматривается в данном случае как вид умственных способностей, который используется для достижения важных целей, и для создания нового, ранее неизвестного.
