Abstract

Управленческие решения на предприятиях и в организациях могут основываться не только на интуитивном уровне проработки и принятия решений, но и на экспертных оценках специалистов в каких-то конкретных сферах бизнеса. Достоинством такого подхода является привлечение функциональных экспертов к подготовке управленческих решений. Специалисты могут грамотно применять инструменты соответствующей области знаний для обоснования правильности предлагаемых вариантов решений.
