Abstract

По нашему мнению не совсем корректно отделять интересы компании, опирающиеся в своем бизнесе, главным образом, на использование знаний, от сотрудников, поскольку основным носителем знаний являются люди. При этом степень участия знаний в формировании стоимости компании для разных организаций различна и зависит от многих факторов, например, таких как характер и масштаб деятельности, инновационная политика, политика в отношении персонала компании и т.д
