Abstract

На протяжении многовековой истории исследования труда человеческий капитал чаще всего оценивался с позиций уровня квалификационных характеристик работника, которые были необходимы для того, чтобы дать экономическую оценку трудовым ресурсам предприятий. В те времена, когда основными считались материальные и финансовые затраты на производство продукции, такая интегральная оценка трудовых ресурсов была оправданной. В настоящее же время, когда экономика переживает бурный рост влияния интеллектуальной составляющей трудовой деятельности, этого становится явно недостаточно. Необходимо найти новые подходы к оценке человеческого капитала
