Abstract

Креативная деятельность является научно-практической проблемой, разрабатываемой в рамках такого достаточно широкого научного направления, как управление знаниями, которые рассматриваются в качестве основного фактора развития в постиндустриальной экономике. Однако управление знаниями является частью общей проблемы развития предприятия в условиях ускоряющихся изменений и вызовов часто непредсказуемого будущего, которое требует иного мышления и типов организации.
