Abstract

Становление управленческих концепций в России происходит в уникальных условиях трансформации социально-экономических институтов, выработки экономических моделей развития страны и вместе с этим в условии реактивной и все более динамичной реакции на внедряемые за рубежом управленческие теории. Принимая во внимание стремление руководства Страны совершенствовать инновационные формы развития, на первые роли выдвигается потребность в системном осмыслении сложившейся практики управления знаниями как основы дифференциации, конкурентоспособности, роста капитализации отечественных компаний на фоне все большего вовлечения России в международное разделение труда
