Зачем Предпринимателям Психология?

Abstract

Потребность в развитии личности менеджера является, с одной стороны, продуктом системы объективных требований, с другой результатом стихийного процесса формирования на базе оценки «успешности-неуспешности» управленческой деятельности. На определенном этапе менеджеры чувствуют беспокойство и неудовлетворенность собственной управленческой деятельностью, которая соотносится с самооценкой, в результате чего формируется нужда в личностных изменениях. После этого способы удовлетворения потребности в развитии личности конкретизируются, например, в потребности в обучении, саморазвитии, самосовершенствовании и новизне. Следует отметить, что потребность в развитии в отличие от других «потребностных состояний» не получает своего полного удовлетворения на протяжении всей жизни.
