Abstract

Изучение вопросов мотивации является далеко не новой темой в исследованиях. На эту тему написано множество книг, статей, заметок, разработаны различные методики формирования и управления мотивацией, которые применяются на практике уже много лет. Данная статья посвящена всего лишь одному ключевому вопросу, на который, при кажущейся простоте, не каждый найдет ответ. Что же такое «мотивация»? Как появился этот термин? Чем отличается мотивация от стимулирования? Вопрос мотивации актуален для любого руководителя, особенно для руководителей современных инновационно-креативных (обычно наукоемких) организаций. Однако, чтобы наиболее эффективно управлять этим процессом, не должно оставаться темных пятен в правильности использования тех или иных терминов.
