Abstract

В наше время в динамичной экономической среде ошибки менеджеров обходятся непростительно дорого. Но управленческая наука не имеет однозначных критериев рациональности экономических решений. Рациональным в классическом смысле считается управленческое решение, имеющее известность и однозначность целевой функции, а также всех существенных состояний среды и альтернатив. Вклад каждой альтернативы в достижение цели может быть оценен, по крайней мере, субъективно. Оптимальное решение может быть найдено по однозначному алгоритму конечным числом итераций [1].
