Abstract

Для современной экономико-управленческой среды взаимоотношений и взаимодействий людей, организаций как участников социально-экономических и организационно-управленческих процессов, характерен ряд особенностей. Это глобализация экономики, усиление конкуренции, сокращение жизненных циклов продуктов, увеличение темпов происходящих технико-технологических изменений. К наиболее яркой тенденции современности относится бурное развитие информационно-компьютерно-телекоммуникационных (инфокомных) систем, средств, сетей, технологий с соответствующим программным обеспечением. Их все более широкое использование людьми, организациями в ходе опосредованных коммуникаций формирует новую инфокомную среду жизнедеятельности, взаимодействий в условиях их географической удаленности друг от друга.
