Abstract

Процесс создания, распространения и коммерциализации новшеств (инновационный процесс) предусматривает взаимодействие множества субъектов на каждом этапе. Образно говоря, между генерацией идеи и широкомасштабным внедрением её результатов в деятельность крупных предприятий (что является очень рискованным, ибо требует масштабных изменений) стоят малые высокотехнологичные фирмы, выполняющие функции отбора и доработки перспективных идей. Следовательно, необходимым условием создания в России инновационной экономики является развитие именно этого сектора экономики.
