Опыт Оценки Влияния Накопления Человеческого Капитала На Экономический Рост В Регионах Европы

Abstract

Г, Бадингер и Г. Тондл попытались исследовать какие факторы определяли экономический рост в регионах ЕС в 1990-е годы и предложили эмпирическую оценку процессов роста. Они сфокусировали внимание на эндогенных факторах, а также потенциальных каналах передачи технологий посредством торговли. Их оценки подтверждают, что рост в регионах ЕС положительно связан с накоплением физического и человеческого капитала. Важными факторами также являются инновационная активность и международная передача технологий, чему способствует хорошая обеспеченность региона человеческим капиталом.
