Abstract

Отражены различия между восточной и западной культурами в подходах к изучению и концептуализации категории «знание». Критически важным является понимание последствий и изменений в теории и практике в области интеллектуального капитала на глобальном уровне. В практике ведения бизнеса в Азии необходимо понимать, что за собой повлечет адаптация западных теорий или выработка собственных решений, какие горизонты и перспективы это открывает.
