Методика Оценки Экономического Потенциала Предприятия В Условиях Развития Рыночной Экономики В России

Abstract

Успешное развитие бизнеса основная цель любого предприятия, однако бизнес развивается в том случае, если менеджмент обладает достаточной информацией о его возможностях, т.е. о его экономическом потенциале. Оценка такой информации является актуальной. В работе предложен индексный метод оценки потенциала, в основе которого положен расчет индексов результирующих показателей работы предприятия с учетом реализации его возможностей. Сделан вывод о том, что рассмотренный индексный метод позволяет оценить резервы предприятия и направлен на повышение эффективности принимаемых управленческих решений.
