Abstract

Качество жизни населения страны есть основа формирования качественно новой рабочей силы, необходимой для перехода России к инновационной экономике. Автор раскрывает связь показателей развития человеческого потенциала и инновационной активности России в сравнении с показателями развитых стран; произведена оценка эффективности расходования средств федерального бюджета на инновации. Проанализирована инновационная активность Российской Федерации в межрегиональном разрезе и выявлены регионы-лидеры по данному признаку.
