Abstract

В настоящий момент особенно остро стоит проблема повышения эффективности инновационной деятельности в связи со значительным отставанием отечественных организаций по уровню инновационной активности от зарубежных стран и наличием стагнации в области инновационного развития. В данной работе проанализирован современный инструментарий управления инновационной деятельностью, аргументирована эффективность методологии управления проектами, рассмотрена специфика внедрения корпоративной системы управления проектами в организации.
