Abstract

Как показывает мировая практика, в условиях глобализации и развития рыночных отношений в одиночку не сможет выжить ни один вуз. В этих условиях ин теграционные процессы в сфере высшего образования становятся неизбежными. Для того чтобы существенно повысить эффективность и продвинуться в сфере высшего образования, необходимо в короткие сроки создать в стране единую сетевую среду управления, взаимодействия и интеграции. Именно это позволит решить многое задачи модернизации сферы высшего образования.
