Abstract

В своем стремлении к «великому нанобудущему» руководство России и многочисленные эксперты забывают об источнике последнего генераторах идей и результатах их деятельности. Избранный для презентации в Шанхае в качестве символа инновационного сегодня нашей страны образ Незнайки лишь подчеркивает размытость представлений о путях следования в Цветочный город завтрашнего дня. Как изменить ситуацию для воплощения футуристической идеи об инновационной системе мирового уровня? Что необходимо для повышения значимости интеллектуального результата и его автора в России сегодня?
