Abstract

Развитие современной теории организации набирает темпы и предъявляет новые требования к концептуальному обоснованию управления процессом динамичного развития организации в современных ситуациях с высокой степенью неопределенности с применением современных методов управления, каким является бенчмаркинг. В статье рассмотрены вопросы, связанные с развитием динамических способностей организации и участием института бенчмаркинга в их формировании.
