Abstract

Современные Интернет-технологии значительно изменили условия информационных взаимодействий в хозяйственной жизни, что повлекло за собой ряд трансформаций в институциональной структуре общества. Этот процесс вызывает повышенный интерес экономистов и интерпретируется в трансформационных моделях как одна из ключевых тенденций современности. Автор рассматривает особенности становления сетевой экономики, а также анализирует возможные модели развития сетевых экономических отношений в России.
