Abstract

Автор исследует вопросы использования экономико-статистических показателей функционирования технико-внедренческих зон. Сочетание экономического подхода с технократическим способствует выработке комплексного метода оценки полезности и эффективности инноваций, их «отбраковке», распределению ограниченных ресурсов, а также предполагает формирование широкого прикладного аспекта.
