Abstract

Выделены значимые этапы отечественной истории инноваций. Исследованы основные закономерности развития инновационной деятельности в России на протяжении двух последних десятилетий. В рамках указанного периода проанализирована динамика нескольких базовых показателей национальной инновационной сферы (например, отношение внутренних затрат на исследования и разработки к ВВП). Отмечено, что низкий уровень коммерциализации и недостаточный уровень финансирования не способствуют созданию прочной базы для всестороннего развития научной деятельности в нашей стране.
