Abstract

Процесс стратегического планирования представлен в разрезе точек зрения, существующих в отечественной и зарубежной научной литературе. Проанализированы проблемы обеспечения конкурентоспособности предприятий в условиях реализации инновационных стратегий и учета инновационных возможностей (инновационного потенциала). Содержание стратегического управления инновационным процессом уникально и на каждом предприятии выражается в своей конкретной форме. Предприятие может выбрать конкретный тип наиболее подходящей для его развития стратегии. Но окончательное решение о выборе той или иной стратегии принимается только после оценки и осуществления взаимоувязки всех факторов внешней среды, так или иначе влияющих на экономическое положение предприятия.
