Abstract

Формирование и развитие инновационной экономики определяется, наличием институциональной среды, соответствующей данному типу эволюции. Одним из институтов, обеспечивающих инновационное развитие, является малое предпринимательство. Основным свойством малого предпринимательства выступает креативность. Она, как утверждает автор и показывает практика, позволяет быстро реагировать на изменяющуюся конъюнктуру рынка, осваивать новые рыночные ниши, внедрять инновационные технологии производства.
