Abstract

Авторами предложена методика оценки способностей личности к инновационной деятельности, состоящая из анализа таких характеристик личности, как склонность к риску, расчётливость, креативность и настойчивость, целеустремленность в достижении поставленных целей. Рассмотрен пример расчета.
