Abstract

На примере кластера по производству медицинского оборудования в финской провинции Северная Похъенмаа рассматриваются структура и современный характер развития высокотехнологичных кластеров как база инновационной деятельности на территории. Приводятся критерии выделения элементов высокотехнологичных кластеров на основании анализа цепочки создания стоимости. Определяется структурно-функциональная схема развития кластера, выявляются основные функции элементов в пределах кластерной системы, а также в масштабах региональной экономики, определяются особенности развития кластера
