Abstract

Материал посвящён анализу роли государственной поддержки в сглаживании влияния современного финансового кризиса на развитие отраслей инновационного сектора. В ней рассматривается состояние инновационного сектора в России и странах ОЭСР в период кризиса. Особое внимание уделяется анализу косвенных инструментов государственного стимулирования, применяемых в период кризиса, а также выработке предложений по дополнительному налоговому стимулированию инновационного развития.
