Abstract

Распространение кризисных явлений в российской экономике продолжается. Одним из важнейших факторов стало сокращение инвестиционной активности как внутренних инвесторов, так и зарубежных. Необходимость формирования благоприятного инвестиционного климата для инновационной деятельности реального сектора экономики является приоритетным направлением при реализации процессов модернизации.
