Abstract

Ныне остается открытым вопрос, касающийся определения понятия наукоемкости и отнесения того или иного производства к высокотехнологичным. Отмечено, что за последние 20 лет темпы прироста дохода в высокотехнологичных отраслях намного превышали аналогичные показатели в остальных отраслях. Помимо этого в методике подсчета затрат появляется новый вид затрат – инновационные, которому не придается никакого значения. Предложен новый метод подсчета инновационных затрат и представлен подход к определению базового понятия.
