Доверие Как Условие Функционирования Стратегического Альянса: Теоретико-Методологический Подход

Abstract

Стратегические альянсы являются в настоящее время неотъемлемым элементом международного делового сотрудничества. Успех их функционирования определяется не только организационной структурой, но и доверительностью отношений между партнерами. Автор выделяет пять преимуществ, которые получают альянсы в случае построения доверительных отношений: отказ от оппортунистического поведения партнеров по отношению друг к другу; оптимизация коммерческих операций внутри альянса; снижение транзакционных издержек, конфликтности во взаимоотношениях партнеров; открытость в проведении исследований и разработок.
