Abstract

На основе анализа особенностей предпринимательской деятельности в инновационной сфере определена особая роль проектного менеджмента. Показано, что следует сместить акценты с процедуры бизнес-планирования на эффективное применение компетенций в области управления проектами. Приведены примеры, подтверждающие особую роль проектного менеджмента в инновационном предпринимательстве.
