Abstract

Инновационная система планирования основывается на прогнозе расходов энергоресурсов на основе нейросетевых технологий. Применение нейросетевых методов позволяет создать новую модель управления энергетической энергоэффективностью в государственных учреждениях, включающую принципиально новую систему стимулирования снижения энергозатрат.
