Привлекательность Регионов России Для Креативного Класса

Abstract

Сегодня в экономике России налицо региональная дифференциация в уровне креативности. Самый высокий ее уровень зафиксирован в Москве и Санкт-Петербурге, где в основном сосредоточены кадры высшей квалификации. В статистике отсутствуют комплексные исследования уровня креативности регионов России, что уже делается в других странах для анализа проблем развития креативной экономики. Автором проанализирована привлекательность российских регионов для креативного класса, составлен соответствующий рейтинг, а также выделены некоторые ограничители развития креативного класса в регионах.
