Abstract

Авторами рассматривается проблема инновационного развития предприятий. Основное внимание уделяется функционированиию социотехнологических и социоорганизационных систем на предприятии. Приведены результаты анализа основных показателей, отражающих состояние данных систем на исследуемых предприятиях Омской области. Выявлены проблемы и определены преимущества функционирования социотехнологических и социоорганизационных систем как компонента инновационного управления на промышленных предприятиях. Исследование выполнено при финансовой поддержке РГНФ в рамках научно-исследовательского проекта РГНФ «Влияние социотехнологических и социоорганизационных систем на формирование качества трудовой жизни (КТЖ) работников промышленных предприятий Омской области», проект № 11-12-55004а/Т.
