Abstract

Авторы рассматривают уровень развития человеческих ресурсов малых городов сырьевой направленности как фактор, влияющий на кадровую политику крупных предприятий, что работают в таких городах. Этот и другие вопросы поднимались на Ленском инвестиционном форуме, прошедшем в апреле 2012 года в Республике Саха (Якутия).
