Совершенствование Бизнес-Образования Под Влиянием Потребностей Бизнеса И Предпринимательства

Abstract

Статья посвящена проблемам бизнес-образования. Подчеркивается необходимость повышения ценности программ МВА, то есть выработки нового взгляда и новых подходов к разработке стратегии организаций и к обучению этому. Выход видится в обеспечении достаточно серьезного изменения пропорций между лекционно-семинарской и самостоятельной работой, которую отечественная профессура не умеет (а часто не хочет) должным образом организовать, а администрация программ не знает, как ее адекватно компенсировать. Большое значение может сыграть выполнение индивидуальных и групповых проектов, в том числе на реальных объектах, которое должно носить характер консультаций по решению актуальных проблем предприятия, что будет выгодно обеим сторонам.
