Состояние Инновационной Активности Российских Предприятий: Реалии И Перспективы

Abstract

Представлен анализ инновационной активности предприятий российской промышленности. Сделан вывод о количественном отставании российских компаний по уровню инновационной активности от зарубежных, о наличии значительных структурных проблем в организации управления инновациями на уровне фирм, об абсолютном доминировании наименее передовых типов инновационного поведения. Сложившаяся ситуация требует принятия ряда безотлагательных мер по стимулированию развития инновационно-технологического сектора отечественной экономики, ориентированного на создание полноценных конкурентоспособных компаний, способных к импортозамещению и выводу на мировой рынок высокотехнологичной продукции, обеспечив тем самым существенное усиление роли инновационной компоненты для поддержания высоких темпов экономического роста.
