Abstract

Исследуется проблема социального партнерства и организационной культуры под влиянием трансформации мировоззренческих, ценностных ориентиров развития общества. Предложена концепция «Организационная культура Социальная ответственность Социально-культурная сфера». Сделана попытка показать, что мировоззрение человека, организационная культура и социальное партнерство являются одними из определяющих факторов эффективного процесса общественного воспроизводства в социально-культурной сфере.
