Abstract

Рассматриваются теоретико-методологические подходы к определению и оценке качества трудовой жизни (КТЖ) как среды для привлечения работников на промышленные предприятия. В соответствии со стадиями производственных процессов, сгруппированы и проанализированы элементы КТЖ, создающие среду для привлечения работников на предприятие. Предложены рекомендации по обеспечению качества трудовой жизни на предприятии.
