Abstract

Рассматривается методология сценарного планирования как один из современных способов разработки стратегии предприятия на 5-10 лет. Обосновывается актуальность и эффективность использования сценарного метода, а также приводится обзор возможных трудностей его применения. Представлен и краткий анализ основных школ сценарного планирования.
